    This place was the worst! Bad service from staff, food was horrible and the same everyday, bedding wasn't changed from the last people who stayed in the room and when we put all the bedding on the floor to have it replaced with clean stuff it was picked up and put back on, no phone to contact the people you came with, no t.v. remotes, the air conditioning is worthless and hotel security promotes solicitation for tranny prostitutes to hit on your man. The location is okay but more for the older or family oriented individual who loves to shop Playa Del Carmens high prices. A lot of stuff I am able to purchase at home for a lot cheaper. Cancun is a better stay for the same or less price of this vacation.

    Best travel deal I have ever had, and I have been to Mexico probably 20 times. Desk staff was so helpful. Pool was small, but nestled in a beautiful jungle-like setting. Rooms so clean, quiet at night. Perfect location to see all the town's action--just walk out the door and turn left or right. Great food bargains abound all over this town, from super cheap to ritzy. Main beach in town was nice and clean, with such calm waters.

    The hotel is ok, they gave us a room in the 4th floor and there is no elevator, location is perfect right in front of 5th ave, the beach access ...

    The hotel is ok, they gave us a room in the 4th floor and there is no elevator, location is perfect right in front of 5th ave, the beach access is about 10 min walk and there is no space in between umbrellas, everybody is close to each other. Food is terrible, same thing every day, u will get tired eating the same thing by the second day. The staff will treat u bad when they find out that u are all inclusive because they assume that they will get no tip, and be careful with the waiter supervisor (the tallest one, forgot his name) he loves to flirt with your girl.
